The Sacramento Bee publishes the purchase of Cheryl Dell's home in their October 5, 2008 newspaper. 

In a sample pool of the Bee homes listed below and cross-checked on Zillow.com, highlighted in yellow, there were only three homes sold before September of 2008.  Two of these homes were sold in June and one home was sold in March.  All three homes had a different sale price on Zillow than what the Bee showed these homes selling for.  Were these three homes refinanced?  Don't know.  What I do know is that the homes highlighted in yellow below, only one shows as still being "for sale" on Zillow.com and that being the home Cheryl Dell purchased back on July 25. The house located at 3631 Meadow Ln, that the Bee identified with an asterisk (*) reflects the sale of multiple properties, including this one-according to Oct. 5 Bee newspaper. The sale prices the Bee listed matched the sale prices that Zillow.com showed.
