Michael O'Brien is the Co-Publisher/President of the Sacramento Magazine.  He recently sent to a reporter looking into the truth about Charles Nordby and Raley's a libelous statement he knew when he sent it was misleading and not truthful.  Charles Nordby never contacted Michael O'Brien while he was alive.  Check out below and read what Michael O'Brien says to this reporter concerning her interest into Charles Nordby's story featured on this web site:

     Mike O'Brien appears to be just a lowly "shill" for Raley's! This confirms what the family of Charles Nordby has always believed on how the news media was unfairly influencing the direction of this story with misinformation.  One of the major reasons Nordby did not receive justice before he passed away.

     The media was doing its part in making sure Charles Nordby did not receive any attention in his case against Raley's by using "shill" style dissemination of information.  Well Mike O'Brien should get his facts together and collect the $100,000 reward the family of Charles Nordby is offering to the first person who can prove Nordby wrong.  If Charles Nordby was just a rambler with meaningless charges, O'Brien should end up $100,000 wealthier!

The Sacramento Magazine's September edition featured "The Power & Influence 100." Sacramento's top movers and shakers.  Melanie Sill, editor of the Sacramento Bee was listed. Below is how this magazine summed her up:
