RaleyVille Time:

Charles Nordby's caught nearly 9000 thieves without one false arrest suit. Many of these thieves were suppliers, employees, and driver-salesmen. Mr. Nordby was successful in his line of work because Mr. Nordby had good ethics, knew his job better than anybody else, and most importantly, he couldn't be bought off by the almighty dollar. Qualities that are missing in today's world.
WHO IS CHARLES NORDBY?

Be sure to hit the stop button on the song playing so you can hear Beverly Hardesty clearly. Raley's needs to take weekly urine samples from Beverly to see if she is on drugs...

He was a grocery consultant and a retail security expert.  In 1973, he came to Sacramento, CA, to promote his program.  He convinced the three (3) men running Raley's (Charles Collings, Jim Teel, Frank McMinn), his profit increasing program would give Raley's their highest profits ever, not knowing at the time that Raley's was on the verge of bankruptcy.  These three (3) men hired Mr. Nordby without telling Tom Raley (founder of Raley's), and they made monetary promises to Mr. Nordby if his program worked.  Mr. Nordby's profit increasing program did work, however, these three (3) men failed to keep their promises to Mr. Nordby.  For three (3) years, Mr. Nordby's program increased Raley's profits through the sky, and for three (3) years Raley's deceived Mr. Nordby out of his money.  In 1976, Mr. Nordby quit, Raley's kept his profit increasing program, and the huge profits kept coming in making Tom Raley one (1) of America's wealthiest persons.  Now, Joyce Raley Teel is.

After Mr. Nordby left Raley's, Raley's stole his security window design.  Tom Raley told people after Mr. Nordby left Raley's that he didn't know a Charles Nordby or his profit increasing program.  Teel, McMinn, and Charles Collings took the credit for the incredible turnaround and success of Raley's.   In 1989, Raley's published a history book to boast of their incredible success that wasn't really theirs.  After Mr. Nordby read Raley's account of their success, he wrote a book also called "Raley's Exposed, Who On Earth Saved Raley?"  The "only" true story of Tom Raley's success.  This is the Raley's success story that Tom Raley, himself, never knew.

In 1994, Charles Nordby discovered that what Raley's did to him was considered fraud.  Mr. Nordby filed a lawsuit against Mr. Collings, Jim and Joyce Raley Teel, and Raley's for "FRAUD" and "UNJUST ENRICHMENT", to the tune of $592 million dollars.  Raley's dishonest attorney's from the law office of Downey, Brand, Seymour & Rohwer, had to make sure Mr. Nordby did not have his day in court,  so these attorney's had to lie, commit perjury, violated postal regulations, filed fraudulent documents, and all of these dishonest practices were acceptable and condoned by the "honorable" Judge Joe Gray.  Judge Joe Gray even signed a document stating that Mr. Nordby had appeared before him and made oral arguments on a day that Mr. Nordby was never in his courtroom.  Unbelievable!

There are many people who have not heard the true story of how Raley's became successful.  However, when they do hear the true story, it will make them feel the way they felt when O. J. walked, when Michael Jackson bought out his child molest case, when Mr. Pappadoupolis fled this country after being found guilty of torching his mansion, or when former President Clinton lied under oath about his improper relationship with a 21 year old female intern.  After Charles Nordby left Raley's in 1976, Raley's became financially able to flood all of the Northern California communities with monies to charities, monies to newspapers, monies to television and you name it!  And all of their money was attained by defrauding an honest man with nine (9) children.  A man they thought would never come back, but he did.

Raley's is one of America's greatest business success stories.  However, it has become the "GREATEST STORY NEVER TOLD."  But why hasn't this story been told?  Well for one (1) reason, according to Forbes magazine, Joyce Raley Teel is now worth over one (1) Billion dollars.  Who can come against that kind of wealth?  T.V. and newspapers couldn't because they loved her fraudulent advertising dollars.  Only Charles Nordby could because Joyce Raley Teel didn't have enough fraud money to change the truth, to change the facts, or to change the history of Raley's success.

Meet Sacramento's biggest thieves.

Mr. Collings and Mr. Teel were the two (2) stupidest men Mr. Nordby ever met in the grocery business. Click on this photo and meet the man who these three (3) people never wanted you to know about

A memory in the life of Charles Nordby:

During Charles Nordby's retail career, he contracted himself out as a consultant and troubleshooter to many independent grocery chains in the San Francisco Bay Area.  He convinced the owners of these chains to use his expertise and use the program that he had developed to increase the profits of grocery stores.  There was this one chain of stores (approximately an eleven store chain) where the store managers had developed a dislike to Charles Nordby because of his authority to troubleshoot their stores operation.  One day, the eleven store managers decided that they were no longer going to tolerate Mr. Nordby being in their stores and scheduled a meeting with the owner of this chain of stores.  The owner of the stores contacted Mr. Nordby and wanted him to attend this meeting.  When the meeting began, a spokesperson for the eleven managers told the owner that either Mr. Nordby leaves the company or all eleven store managers were going to leave.  The owner of the stores, after hearing this from the store managers, told them in a very quiet professional way  "Well gentlemen, I wish all of you luck in finding your new jobs."

The owner of this (eleven store) grocery chain realized that Mr. Nordby with his abilities and his pursuit to increase his profits was more important to his investment than the eleven grocery store managers whom Mr. Nordby had to constantly review their store operations to ensure that company policies and procedures were being adhered to and that the stores were being efficiently managed.

Raley's spokeswoman Beverly Hardesty should have weekly urine samples taken to see if she is on drugs...
Click on this photo and open up a PDF file and listen to Raley's spokeswoman Beverly Hardesty, back in 1992, publicly state that Charles Nordby was a lying, disgruntle, ex employee of Raley's, who totally misquoted her, and only worked for Raley's for one year back in 1974. Is this woman on drugs?
