July 1, 1973 There's something fishy...

Yes, July 1, 1973, Chuck Collings and Jim Teel had a fraud in the making.  The Eagle Thrifty purchase.  And in February of 1974, they wanted to express a subtle message in one of the their ads.  There was something fishy going on at Raley's...indeed there was.
